IPL Machines

Would you recommend these? Do they really remove all your leg hair permanently? I keep looking at them and if I did get one then the Black Friday Amazon sales would be a great time. The cost puts me off but I've heard the cheaper ones aren't as effective. They have a £400+ on Amazon for under £200 at the moment. My teenage daughter and I have the colouring which I know works best with these machines and I think it would be so great for her (if it really works) to have hair free legs forever. They are so expensive that I wouldn't want to be disappointed. Thanks.

I have one and it's amazing. I got mine from John Lewis. I bought a corded one as I read that the battery can die if machine not used often enough.

They tend to be reduced in price around and after Christmas time.

FlyingByTheSeatof Thank you. Are your legs permanently hair free now? How long did it take?

Just like all laser treatments if you stop using it the hair will eventually grow back. Its not permanent.

Yes they stay hair free for ages but you do need use every couple of months after the initial phase.

Thank you. I thought it was permanent. Every couple of months does sound a lot better than twice a week though.

The initial phase is every 2 weeks for a couple of months or till you're hair free
