How do you whiten your teeth at home?

Just that really.
My teeth let me down a bit and they've never been great to start with. They seem to be keeping a bit better since I've started using an electric toothbrush and being on top of flossing and using a straw more for my drinks.

I would really like to get them nice and white now.
What products can you use at home that you can keep using/top up and that don't damage them? Or do products like that exist?
I'm not sure where I'm looking and scared myself seeing stuff on google about whitening products damaging your enamel and so on.

Could anyone advise?

Get the trays and gel from the dentist.

How much does that cost?

About £300

Thanks. Unfortunately that's not in my budget Blush

Use hydrogen peroxide as a mouthwash x 2 a week. It's the active ingredient in teeth whitening products and will make a massive difference. It's highly corrosive so go easy, it can be hard on your gums.

Pharmacies sell it very cheaply. €3 here in Ireland.

Some people make a mix of bicarb soda and hydrogen peroxide which also works well.
