HELP! I NEED TO FIND A DRESS FOR INLAWS 60TH BIRTHDAY PARTY!!

I have got no idea where to start! The last time I wore a dress was to a friends wedding 3 and a half years ago, and before that on my wedding day! lol. I am 27 years old, 5ft 5, big belly, big boobs, size 16. I don't want to look like a flump. The party is at a posh hotel. I have got the kids and DH sorted, but I hate shopping for myself. I don't want anything thats going to cling to my tummy as thats where i am the most self conscious. I don't mind sleeveless things. Someone help me!!

Well, I bought a firm hold-everything-in type body thing in M&S at the weekend. It makes everything look smooth and a dress size smaller.
