Bit of an odd question...
I am a follower of the curly girl method, use kantu products, and previously would have washed my hair every 3 days roughly with kantu shampoo, then condiitoner that i leave in, then curl cream. In between washes i would just lightly wet my hair, de knot with fingers, and scrunch with a small bit of curl cream.
Now though, i've gone on an exercise kick and am working out 5 days a week - spinning & circuits mostly. And I am sweating buckets so obvisouly need to shower & wash hair after every workout (i appear to sweat from my scalp
). I find this much washing is drying out my hair though, and its not in great condition.
Anyone find a non-drying way to wash sweaty curly hair often ?
