I know it's not a bolero butthis is very nice. Dark but not black - I always worry about different shades of black.

dinny · 14/10/2007 15:06

hmmmm sadly Monsoon is not in our crappy ahopping centre! nice though!

this comes in grey or black ... bit chunkier than the others ...?

MrsBadger · 14/10/2007 15:12

Dorothy Perkins and Principles both have good knitwear, though no wrap ones that I can see.

brimfull · 14/10/2007 15:13

matalan is quite good for this sort of thing

dinny · 14/10/2007 15:25

that's nice, Tigerschick

hmmm, will go hunting tomorrow (dragging poor ds, who loathes shops)

If you can, I'd take the dress with you. If only to compare the colour.
I bought a black cardie to go with a black skirt for a funeral last week and they didn't go together at all as they were different shades.

BTW - sorry you are having to go to a funeral, hope it goes as well as possible.

dinny · 14/10/2007 16:35

thanks very much.

it is the first funeral I have been to and have to go alone as no-one to watch the children - dreading it, actually.

I bought a wraparound cardy in Gap last week

tigerschick · 14/10/2007 17:46

Just make sure you are next to someone you know - and preferably like.
No-one likes funerals but they are a necessary evil. My philosophy is cry all you want - that is what you are there for!
Take care x
