He's getting spots! My baby boy! And a tache! What can I wash his face with? He's tried my cleanse and polish (special edition one which in no way compares to the old one I used to buy) and simple fast wash but still they come. It's not awful but I'd like him to have a routine as he is noticing it now more. Give me your top boy skin tips!

If its proper acne it's hormonal. Sadly washing his face in different unguents and clean sheets won't make any difference unless it's very mild.
The only thing that will help is antibiotics, but boys are often not brilliant at taking them regularly. My ds2 is in this situation, Antibiotics have stopped working and Epiduo is making very little difference. We have agreed to try Roaccutane. Dd1 had very good results with this and I wished we had tried it sooner.

I'd second carbon theory products. DS sees a big difference in his skin when he uses the soap

When DS1 was 14 he started getting quite spotty. We were going to see the GP about something else and I'd asked DS if he minded me mentioning his skin, because it really bothered him. DS agreed so we mentioned it to the doctor. No messing about, GP prescribed a six month course of antibiotics plus benzoyl peroxide cream. After six months DS's skin was clear and the spots never came back.

I'm the picker not him and he's never squeezed a single pimple so that's my bad for even mentioning it.
I'll try a more regular face wash and a moisturiser- the carbon sounds good and see how he goes. Thank you all
