New Look waist enhancing mom jeans

These look good, I’m going to try them. I have a pair of mom jeans from Zara but they have zero stretch and I think I need a little stretch in my life.

I too have a flat bum so here’s hoping 🤞 😀

@AnyFucker which is the regular length that you've got? I'm 5'9 but size 18 and they only come in 34 leg. Even with my height I can't see these fitting on the ankle like they do on the model!

I bought instore, not online. There was short, regular and long.

I love the fact that they’ve also got a picture of a larger model wearing them, it’s so useful, but I wish they’d say in the description which size she’s wearing as well as the size 10 main model.

Going by her flat stomach, no more than about half an inch of extra around the top of the jeans and very visible collarbones, I'd say she's about a 14 and very tall.

They'd cut the circulation off to my feet.

Why can't there be jeans that are actually looser cut to fit large (but short) calves for a change? I've gone up to a 24 to try and find something with no luck - which means around 6 inches of gap around my back.

I’ve ordered a pair too! They are due to arrive today.

I’ve got a pair of Topshop Mom jeans, but they don’t have any stretch at all. Fine for walking around, but cut you in half when you sit down!

Bought a pair of Hannah jeans from NL. They’re loose on the legs and have frayed hems. The denim is soft, but good quality. Very flattering on the bum, but a bit tight round the waist.

Hopefully I’ll hit the jackpot with these.

Jeans have arrived. I love them! Great denim and I'd forgotten how flattering a high rise is for holding down the muffin top  They even flatter my depressingly flat bum so win win. Thank you @AnyFucker you are indeed a top quality influencer. I'm looking forward to your next find .....

Not sure about fees until you've proved your influencing skills on some more must haves. I starring role in the next 'Mumsnet swears by' must be in the cards though!

I'm going to wear them with my DM Chelsea boots (not copying you, honest) and will try to pull off that tucked in at the front tee shirt thing. No doubt I will make it look like a wardrobe malfunction but a girl can dream.

What plans for the ankle gap issue once the weather gets too cold?

I'm well chuffed with mine, they arrived today. Ordered 2 pairs, the original Tori in a 14 and the elasticated waist ones in a 12 (I have an apple shape, cheers meno). Keeping the 14s as the elasticated waist size 12 ones weirdly came up much bigger in the legs.

I even (sort of) have an arse in them, yay! Nice heavy but soft denim, similar texture to the second hand 501s we all wore in the 80s.
