Non surgical alternative to mini tummy tuck?!

Does such a thing exist?! I don’t need to get rid of fat but do want to try and get rid of some stretched skin on my lower abdomen and above c section scar....Seems silly to go through a mega op & general anaesthetic when it’s just my vanity at stake!...has anyone had success with an alternative?! TIA

I tuck mine into a big pair of Sloggi knickers. 😁

😂 yep, that’s where I am justmuddlingalong .....just wondered if anyone out there has tried any of the laser / dermarolling treatments with any success....??

You know it's not really possible right?

Blimeyoreilly2020 · 01/10/2020 13:26

Yeah I know😕, I’ve looked into it before....I’m just hopeful that eventually there may be something less invasive that might help. My issues aren’t severe...I have a small apron that can be hidden in my knickers but a bit of saggy skin and stretch marks around my tummy button that I’d like to deal with so I can feel more confident. I’m relatively slim & toned so it would be totally over the top to opt for the knife!...

I remember seeing a tv programme where a woman treated this by doing a very strenuous type of massage. It worked instantly. Don't know what it's called though!

Body brushing is supposed to improve skin tone. Diet and exercise for fat loss. That's my method. I've lost 3 stone and the belly is much smaller over all. Still got a bit of an overhang but not noticeable when wearing pants. I don't think it happens overnight but you'll definitely get improvement. Unless you've a low body fat already.

Just read your later post. I realise you have already got low body fat. Then I'd look at exercises to bring together stomach muscles in diastasis recti if that applies or abdominal work outs. Plenty on YouTube.
