Facial daily SPF recommendations (bonus points for tinted)

Hi,

I’ve run out of my regular face SPF, Ultrasun Tinted 50spf, which I loved but isn’t broad spectrum. It was great because it was light and gave me a lovely dewy glow and most importantly didn’t make me come out in chin spots which loads of things do.

So I’m looking for some recommendations for a new broad spectrum face cream for daily use, of it’s tinted that would be amazing but if not I can cope with that.

Hit me with any recommendations, please.

Ultra sun is really high quality

I use Heliocare Spf 50.

The one I have at the moment is slightly tinted - the Advance Gel.

Have also used the Heliocare Fluid Creme 360, it is slightly tinted and evens out skin tone and i just wear it alone on non makeup days (which is pretty much every day now).

I really rate this brand. I've never had any problems with it and my skin can be very reactive.

@stripeyd I made a mistake, I meant sunsense- an Australian brand. I use ultrasun for bodies though and love it. I’ll report my post to try and edit now.

I use this nivea factor 30 www.nivea.co.uk/products/sun-uv-face-anti-age-cream-spf30--40059004759610045.html

I like ultrasun and la Roche posay antihelios. At the moment though I'm using beauty pie factor 50 ultra light sunscreen and primer. Its my fave of these 3 because it is so light and not shiny at all. I keep it downstairs and just whack it on before I go out (but I tend not wear make up, otherwise I'd put it on first thing). I'd recommend any of these brands though.

Interesting that sun sense isn't broad spectrum! I thought all Aussie ones were great!

The Beautypie one is great, as are the LRP ones

Also love Piz buin face

Another vote for Heliocare 360. It's amazing stuff - SPF 50. I have been using it everyday for the last 3 years and it's definitely made a difference to the condition of my skin (I am early 40s). In fact, I wish I had discovered this sooner. It's a little pricey, however a little goes a long way - it last AGES. It also comes in different shades if you want some coverage.

Actually, I’ve just looked on the sunsense website and it is broad spectrum now! It definitely wasn’t when I bought my last bottle.

Now I don’t know if I want to try something new or stick with the sunsense.

Thanks for the recs @SingingSands @wellerhugs5 @LarryUnderwood @stripeyd @AntiHop I’ll check them out. Liking the sound of Heliocare and I used other LRP things which I really like.
