When will DD's feet stop growing?

She's in Y7 and she's a size 7. It's already getting hard to find school shoes that fit (she's got awkward shaped feet and lots of shoes don't really work for her - long, narrow feet, high arches).

Can someone please tell me they'll stop growing soon?! Or tell me where I can get decent school shoes in big sizes?

I very rarely post but saw this and had to reply.
My daughter is now 19 - she was in a size 7 in year 7, same as OP DD and by the time she was 15 she was in a size 9. She stopped growing around that time.
Same issue as well, very skinny, high arched feet.
Unfortunately she stopped growing in height when she was around 12 so she’s only 5’3 with size 9 feet 😂 bless her (she’s sat next to me as I type this, laughing along, I’m not a cruel mother I promise lol)
My Gran used to take her to Clarke’s at the start of each school year and buy her a decent pair, measured perfectly for her. But they wouldn’t last long as she would kick the toes of them constantly! Great idea if your daughter is less rough with shoes than mine was tho.
For the most part of years 7-9 she went thru probably 4-5 pairs a years, but in year 10 she bought Creepers (very thick sole) and they lasted till she left high school.

Have you tried the specialist narrow shoe companies? They’re for women’s shoes but should have something suitable for school. Special Feetures also stocks larger sizes.

My Dd is now in Year 12, and has size 8 narrow feet. They were still growing probably til Year 10 but fingers crossed that's her now, and at least in sixth form she isn't restricted to school shoes. We tend to buy shoes whenever we spot anything that fits - ballet pump style shoes are out as they don't stay on her narrow heels, and lace ups need to be able to lace tightly enough. It can be easier in winter with ankle boot styles.

With school shoes, we used start rite and Clark's, and to be honest she had the same style years in a row. With the bigger sizes they often wouldn't be in stock in the branches so when we found a style that fit and she was happy with, I ordered the next size up online when they stopped fitting.

My daughter is year 7 with size 7 feet too. We’ve managed to get school shoes from Marks and Spencer’s but she does have 2 insoles in each one. Around £35 I think. They are slip on brogue type shoes and she’s able to walk to school in them comfortably. When they stop growing who knows? I hope so soon.

Dr marten do good shoes. I'm the same height 5'2 and shoe size 3 that I was age 10! My 13yr old son is a size 4 and 5ft but I was warned he would have stunted growth.

My 7yo ds who has just gone into y3 is a size 5, the same size as me 😳. He has to have velcro shoes due to having dyspraxia so choices are very limited! Adidas do some brilliant all black trainers that look like school shoes. Very lightweight and comfy, very reasonably priced and last ages

Girls' feet are usually the first part of the body to stop growing so hopefully your daughter's feet will soon have reached their final size. My daughter had the opposite problem. She started school in size 6. This meant that for the first three years of school she was in toddler sized shoes which were not as sturdy as school shoes. She started year 7 in size 13 1/2 and then had the problem of finding age appropriate shoes. Her feet stopped growing at size 2.

Same here slim feet. Her school recommend kickers and they are perfect. Not all trainers are good either. I would suggest looking around markets for imported Spanish or Italian shoes as they are slimmer.
