Waterproof winter coat with a hood

I need to replace my old tatty coat and I have long school runs now in a rainy part of the UK so I am after a winter coat with hood and waterproof-ish.

I have the Seasalt plant hunter on the list (Janelle is too long for my taste). Are there any others which are worth looking at?

My budget is £150 max and I am fairly tall (just under 6tf) - arms tend to often come up short.

I bought Didriksons for me and DD in end of season sales for £150. I don’t know whether people consider them stylish or not, as we bought them for walking in the country - where warmth and weather proofing were more important to us. The warmest coat, I have ever owned! (And we never get wet either)

(I bought a men’s coat, as that what was in the sale and they tend to be longer)

There was a thread about a week ago in s and b with a similar OP that had some good suggestions. It might be worth tracking that down. I'm in the market too and have my eye on a Helly Hansen following that thread.
