Just going to add a photo rather than attempt to explain.

Any tips for coverage for sun damaged skin like mine?

I can see freckles not not bad pigmentation so I don’t think it’s as bad as you think it is. I find my foundation blends out my pigmentation fine, I think it’s best to blend not cover or it will look mask like.
Not what you asked but when I was in SpaceNK yesterday asking about the exact same thing they recommended a cream with vitamin C to fade pigmentation.
Hope that helps

your skin looks good.
nice and even freckles.
my face looks 'dirty' due to melasma (despite factor 50 every day).
for me a bb cream does the job.

I agree your skin looks really good.
For anyone interested though, I often get dark pigmentation and I have found out it can be a symptom of adrenal fatigue (which is caused by prolonged stress). I notice it dissappears when I'm relaxed and comes back in stressful periods.

I’ve not got my glasses on. I thought you had gone overboard with the false eyelashes! Grin. I’m freckly too. I use Origins tinted moisturiser. It’s grey in the tube but gives a lovely glow when rubbed in.

You can do a course of IPL to reduce pigmentation (likely a lot of good deals right now), I’ve found a course of 4-5 sessions works very nicely.

Vitamin C serum is also amazing and will also take away pigmentation, but not as dramatically as IPL ime. Make sure to get a highly reviewed brand though, because oxidised serums will do more harm than good

Thanks for recommendations.

Just to clarify, freckles ARE sun damaged aren't they?

Freckles are sun damage, but you don’t have that many. Your skin looks pretty great if you consider yourself mature!
