I’m going for my first haircut since lock down. I’ve been growing it for a year but got very very sick of it, but at the same time having cold feet about having it shorter. My issues are:
Large forehead but I don’t like a full fringe
Poofy hair, not sleek
Can curl a bit if left to air dry but not consistent nice curls
Greasy roots dry ends so wash every other day
Thinner around top front due to meds
Please can anyone suggest some fab haircuts for me, as I’m struggling and don’t just want a trim ??

Fellow large foreheader here! I go for blunt bobs with a sweeping side fringe and have balayage to break up the colour.

I'd find a good hairdresser and ask them, mine chopped all mine off after 30 years of long hair and only used colours to suit my skin tone. Find one you trust and let them have fun is my advice!

Have you looked on Pinterest for ideas. It's always good if you can show the hairdresser what you like and dislike and they can tell you whether it would work for your hair/colouring.

I’m kind of thinking a large swoopy fringe that can also be clipped back if needed. Got these 2 pics from a hair website

Unless your hair is naturally wavy, the first pics look quite high maintenance. That might be fine for you, but I wouldn't have the patience. I think the blonde one is better, but the ends look 'bitty'. Maybe a blunt cut without too many layers at the bottom is better if you want your hair to look thicker.

The problem with a swoopy fringe if you have a high/large forehead (which) I do, is that its not going to lie like it does in those pics. Google curtain fringe, more flattering but a similar look.
