Do you mean the cardboard bit or the material tag ? I work for them and we have a very clever system that stores every barcode and knows what the transaction was . If it's just the paper bit and you have the receipt then yes that will be fine as long as they are obviously unworn .

I've always wondered how they can scan an item I've bought online and bring up my name and address on their screen! Amazing.

I just returned some jeans with the tags of. I still had the tags, and just returned via the post as normal and my account was credited with no issues. I assume you still have receipt etc
