Tops for larger boobs

I'm a size 10 and have 30F boobs.

The sort of tops I like to wear are the baggy cropped T shirts etc, and I thought I could pull them off with an unpadded bra and a sports bra on top to hold my boobs in, but it still makes the top stick out at the bottom and generally just makes me look bigger.

Looking through my tops, I realise that I don't have many flattering ones at all.

I know my boobs might not sound the biggest, but against my frame and my small head, they look out of proportion.

Can anyone recommend what sort of tops they wear with larger boobs that actually look flattering? I find that most high street tops are really tight on my boobs unless I buy the top a few sizes too big and then it hangs off me everywhere else. I am 30 in case that makes a difference on suggestions of what style tops to wear.

Thank you.

I am a H/HH cup and have the sane problem. I wear v neck or deep scoop tees that are slightly fitted but not tight around my chest or I look like I have two footballs stuck to my front.

I wear wrap tops and button front shirts and blouses that I can open the buttons on to create a v shape with is a much more flattering look.

I don't wear anything that is loose or slouchy as it just hangs straight down off my chest and makes me look pregnant.

Basically you need things that show off some of your chest (I don't mean low cut) as it makes your bust look smaller.

No crew necks. Darker coloured tops with lighter coloured bottoms.
Tuck in or tie tops ends to cinch in your waist.
You can wear baggy if its not in stiff cotton so like chiffon, satin, silk which should drape over you not create a tent.

Thanks both!

It's such a nightmare. I don't understand why they can't make clothes with added in boob space! The only shop I've found online is Bravissimo but it's really expensive and not particularly fashionable.

Would love to have a nice reduction and uplift!!

Struggling with the exact same problem, marking this post for later! I find high necklines are very unflattering with big boobs

I'm a 32G. I don't wear high necklines! Always wear a decent uplifting bra.
I just get most of my clothes from regular shops that I can afford like River Island, F&F at Tesco, Dorothy Perkins, Gap, Zara etc.
Thinking about it I wear a lot of v necks & lower necklines also wrap tops.

I have bought quite a few things from Bravissimo, they don’t date too quickly so to me they are worth the money.

Otherwise, v necks, and scoop necks. Watch your shoulder line too - no drop shoulders or dolman sleeves. If sleeveless, the armhole line should not “cut in” towards the neck.

Tbh I just don’t think baggy suits “us” on top. I tend to go for darkish fitted tops and colourful, fuller trousers or skirts. (Doing it the other way round just makes me look like an egg on legs.)

I quite often have to alter a t-shirt so it nips in more at the waist. I am not at all talented as a seamstress but even I can pin and tack at the side seams, check for fit and then do a quick running stitch by hand.

I think a looser crop top can however look good if you can see a very trim waist coming out of it, that can be something high waisted and fitted all the way down.
