Flannel or muslin? Cloth for oil cleanse

Wise ones - do you use a flannel or a muslin to remove an oil cleanser? I've been using a muslin for ages but wondering if I'm over sloughing.

Any particular recommendations? I'm in an online ordering mood!

John Lewis’s cheapest white flannels are good, nice and thick so they hold the warmth and they wash well.

I second the JL white flannel. Really soft and lovely. Muslin is much more scratchy in comparison.
And you do need a clean one everyday.

Bamboo cloth. Very soft and holds the warmth of water well. Also hard-wearing for frequent washing (use a new one every day).

I use 5 a day. One to wash, one to dry Am. Pm is one to remove sunblock, one for second cleanse and one to dry.

I have a lot of face cloths.

fluffy that's a LOT of flannels! Grin

Yes, I chuck in wash every day anyway but will switch to flannels! Thanks!

Flannels. Mike's or park's cheapest ones. The thicker ones hold too much water and don't remove the (coconut). Oil I use.

IKEA, not Mike. And Primark, not Parks. Sorry! Autocorrect...

After a while even the flannel can be too much for the skin. Why don't you try to alternate a "flannel night" with a "face tissue night"?
Too much rubbing can make the skin sensitive.
