This might be too long - more like bum length rather than waist - but there are plenty of styles you can choose.

I was going to suggest Seasalt as I have one of their Seafolly jackets in bright yellow but it looks like they have discontinued them. There are a couple of outlets who might have one if you give them a call.

Seasalt seafolly is still available to purchase online, i have it in mustard and the long version in red. Warning that the sleeves seemed to come up short on me without sizing up (I'm 5'8)
