Need a bra that is easy to put on for massive boobs

I'm hoping somebody can help. I have rather large boobs (36J) and normally fine as buy bras from bravissimo.
However, I currently have an impingement in my shoulder and I can't do up the strap at the back and I even find doing it up at the front and then twisting it round quite tricky. I actually cried this morning trying to put my bra on it was so painful.
What I really need is like a bra I can just put over my head like a crop top but all the ones i've seen either I doubt will have my size or I think they will be completely useless.
I'd be happy if they didn't give quite as much as support as would settle for comfort (no pain) over style at the moment.

It sounds like I should be glad that molke have never had my size! My holy grail comfy bra search continues.....

I presume you aren’t a body shape with wider shoulders but narrow hips? If so you might be able to step into a bra. Might open up a few more options. I imagine you are probably not, as there are not loads of those body shapes around but I thought I’d mention.

Another no vote for Molke, I've got one and it's a pain to get on and off, and I only have a very mild shoulder impingement.

I have a couple of zip up front sports bras from M&S and a selection of very stretchy crop tops from Sainsburys which are both fine. You need to be careful with the sizing on the zip fronts, a couple of years ago Inout some weight on and they became very hard to do up which wouldn't be great with a shoulder problem.

If you think you could wrestle into an over the head style, is fastening a standard bra around your waist, pulling up the cups and slipping your arms in the straps not an option?

I hadn't thought of that. I have quite slim hips (tummy is a bit big) but it might work. Will give it a try stepping into it.

@GreyishDays
Thank you so much for your suggestion. Tried stepping into it this morning and it was so easy. What a great idea.

Oh you’re welcome! I do it with my tankini top sometimes, but it’s a struggle over my not so narrow hips. Grin

Genius! I never thought of stepping into a bra either. I’ve got a frozen shoulder so have the same problem OP. I’ve been wearing very stretchy non wired bras a size too big which isn’t exactly supportive but means I can do them up back to front then pull them round my body to face the right way. Not ideal.
