Returning clothes to Next. I need some help?

I ordered a couple of items of clothing from Next. One item needs to be returned. I booked a courier slot then went to sort the parcel. There does not appear to be a returns slip to put inside the parcel. Is this right?

I have a label to stick on the parcel and above that was customer information but there does not seem to be anywhere on that to fill in my returns. Should I have a separate slip to go in the bag?

I haven't been charged for returns. The most recent one was last week. Maybe they have suspended it due to covid?

I got my refund v quickly in the end. I just booked a Hermes collection and put the bits of paper in the parcel. Their instructions aren’t v clear but process worked fine.

Do you have a safe place to leave your parcel ? If so you don't have to be in when they collect . It's so easy . You just click on the website you have item to collect . There is an option for item in porch / item in shed etc . Put your parcel in shed or wherever, job done !
