Hair curlers for long hair

Does anyone recommend curling tongs for long hair. I don't have a lot of time with a newborn and a 3 year old. I just use straighteners to curl my hair but it's very uneven. Is a wand better? I've seen this on Facebook.... the auto rotating one that's the third one along

I don't wish to spend more than £50 as money is tight on statutory maternity pay.

Suggestions welcome. Feeling so fat and old following the birth of my baby and would like to feel better about myself.

If you don't want to spend your money have a look at "no heat "curly hair methods on you tube . I've started doing this and the curls are lasting about two days . Its a great way to give your hair a bit of bounce

Right... my hair is below my boobs after curling...

You need this wand... so cheap and easy to use. Follow a YouTube tutorial, wrap sections around, hold on curler for 15 seconds and unwrap into your hands (scrunched to cool).

Do hair in sections, hairspray/fingers through when done each. Ta dah!

Been doing this without a mirror for ten years and I get a lot of compliments on my hair.

Do NOT buy anything more expensive. This is the best as it is hot. The rest are a waste of money (tried them all!)

Tighter curls - smaller sections of hair

Waves - larger sections.

So easy!

Thanks, I'll probably get the babyliss one unless someone recommends anything else?

Curlformers?

mamalicious3030 · 02/07/2020 22:45

I thought about things like curl formers but I need something quicker. Thanks though! 👍🏼

@mamalicious3030 when I use them I leave them in overnight? They can be a bit uncomfortable to sleep in though...
