You know how hips "spread" in pregnancy? Do they ever go back to the same size again?

Not sure if this is the right board for this thread but I was just wondering about this.

I feel like my hips have spread quite a bit. They haven't got fatter but they feel bigger IYKWIM (I need bigger knickers than before ).

I've heard some people say that they were back in their old jeans a few months after pregnancy but I've heard other people say that they lost all the weight but were still a size or two bigger.

What do you reckon?

Hi Susie, Do you know what? I totally forgot to try the tennis ball thing! I knew I recognised your name from somewhere though. I'm still suffering with the sore hips at night so I might give it a go.

Miss Bumpy - be warned - it kills at first but just keep doing it nice and gently and it should work.

Everything spread and if it didn't spread it drooped

a woan, defined as someone who has given birth, has a very different body shape to a girl, someone who is still young and hasnt.

even though my hip measurement is the same as it was when i was twenty, i'm sure it's still bigger, ( oxymorons i know) )my tummy is massive compared to then. it's just the way it is. only surgery will change it.
