Products to make hair look OK without blow-drying

I have to wash my hair every day, it's very greasy. During lockdown I've avoided blow-drying as much as possible, no need when I don't need to rush out the front door and let my hair dry naturally. But it does look pretty horrible and wild - it's long (shoulder length, obvs longer than I'd like right now ...) and with a very slight wave.

Can anyone recommend a good product to help hair dried naturally look a bit better? I tried Bumble & Bumble No Blow but it was just like putting sticky gunk in.

Hi this is my holy grail as well and I was also very disappointed with No Blow. The only thing I have found that works a bit is Cool Girl by Sam Mcknight. It's a texturising spray that gives your hair a bit of oomph. Although if you are looking to smooth things down it may not be right

Can you wash it at night then plait it overnight?

I use this www.superdrug.com/Hair/Hair-Styling/Hair-Creams/L'Oreal-Elvive-Extraordinary-Oil-in-Cream-150ml/p/537700

It’s really light and disperses easily. Mine is bra strap length, wavy and very thick.

Redken No Blow Dry - fab stuff. Don’t need a lot, feels sticky on hands but keeps the frizz away.

Following. I have the same problem!

It depends on your hair type. I bought some Treseme air dry cream but it's for curly hair (rush purchase with face mask steaming up my specs) and too rich for my fine, straight hair.

The Long Hair Community would be your best friend for this. There are literal Rapunzels on there, one woman has to sit in a tree to let her hair down.

I got this from them- condition-wash-condition. Basically you apply conditioner first, don’t rinse, then shampoo hair, then rinse, then apply more conditioner. It needs to be no silicon/SLS type stuff. Faith in Nature is good.

Also Urtekram leave-in conditioner sprays are good. Needs to be one of the ones with sodium hyaluronate in it, so the Rose or Nordic Berries ones.

Little bit of prickly pear oil to smooth the ends too.

This curl Creme from Kerastase is the best product I have found for taming frizz and encouraging real curls. Equally good for applying and leaving to dry naturally with the occasional scrunch of the hands or for using with a diffuser. Leaves hair curly but not crunchy.

Ooh, thanks everyone - I've ordered some Redken No Blow Dry but keep suggestions coming. In the meantime I'll report back ... Blow drying is so bad for the environment and - mainly - unnecessary atm but unblowed combined with the fact my hair has reverted to its very unattractive natural colour (too scared to home dye) is starting to get me down a bit
