Shein - anyone ordered from them

Hi all
DD has been looking at Shein for clothes. Has anyone ordered from there? If so can you tell me what the quality and sizing is like. Some comments on the internet say the clothes come up small. DD is 12 and I'd say she's a size 6-8.
Thanks

I ordered once and sent everything back. It was all huge on me and not great quality fabric.

Is the stuff from China?

I'd rather pay a couple of pounds more and know that the things weren't being made in a sweat shop from dubious materials. I remember a few years ago when it was exposed that the company Mattel were using in China to make Barbies and other brandedl toys was using sub-standard (cheaper) paint that contained lead.

Yeah I think they are from China , I've ordered once a top for dd and a dress for me . The top was fine for the price but the the dress the size was odd like the arms very small but the rest was fine , I sent it back . The refund took about 14 days I think .
I'd order again there has been the odd thing I thought looked ok .

Terrible quality clothing.

I will not have one supermarket in my home town which stocks clothes and it's got nothing for teenagers. Great for babies and upto age 10 but after that, hardly anything in stock.

No adult basics? Leggings and t shirts until the shops open

I ordered from my work email, which I am allowed to do. Triggered the security protocols. I f you use them then dont use the same password you use for your bank accounts etc

The good thing about Shein is that often there are customer photos at the bottom of the page. I rarely buy products from there without seeing their photos first. It helps to see what the product quality really looks like and asks the customers what they think about the size too. It's a really useful website

Yes but sizing is all over the place.

I have a Morrisons with a small clothing range. I could probably get leggings and vest tops from the supermarket but not anything she would really want to wear and I'm loathe to waste money on things she wouldn't like. A lot of what they have is quite frumpy.
It's not helped by them using that aisle for queuing, so you can't really linger. I got her some knickers from there but no bras in her size, no joggers etc.
