Basic tees and bras

Any recommendations for well fitting basic tees that wash well? I like shops like fast face etc but their plain tees are really thick so not great for summer and don't last. And also basic bras? Mine just do not fit. Boob or bust suggests 28G which surely cannot even exist!!! I'm thinking of trying a 30Dd instead because at least I can get that in the shops. Not sure where to start though as it's quite a strange size.

Get yourself to a small well established lingerie shop once all this is over. Not only will they fit you properly, but they will also give you sound advice on what styles work best for you. The bras may be more expensive, but they will also be better quality

There is a fantastic independent lingerie shop in Hampshire called hidden agenda. Worth a look if you in the area.

One thing to look for with the straps is the kind that can tighten all the way over your shoulder, as opposed to the ones that can only be tightened half way up your back. I have this problem (even after significantly changing bra size) and it's a problem with all clothes, dresses, etc, where the neckline sits much too low on me. Strappy dresses always have to be altered, etc. I have learnt never to buy the bras with straps that are only partially adjustable!
