I've found these:

www.capitalgardens.co.uk/v3/fairy-princess-raincoat-p-16418.html?osCsid=32d

www.pumpkinpatch.co.uk/Clothes.cfm?fav_look_img_id=569&fav_look_section_id=13&fav_look_screen_id=1&w ebsiteid=3&onsaleonly_flag=0&anchor=569&thepage=1&viewall=0&QueryNav.offset=1&QueryNav.len=10&#t op

Which are sort of along the right lines but offend my sensibilities a little (possibly too pink)

  • sorry about the ugly links btw

Have you seen anything nicer?

boden usually have nice fleece lined ones (sorry didn't click on your links)
good for cold rainy days through the /autumn spring

nailpolish · 13/09/2007 11:36

this comes in age 4-5

handlemecarefully · 13/09/2007 11:37

I forgot about Boden - will have a quick look now (because there is a real and present danger that unless I find other inspiration I might end up buying the fairy princess raincoat)

I really like that one nailpolish, unfortunately though she is tall for her age so a 4-5 would just about fit but she would grow out of it quickly. Need to get her a 5-6 really. Darn!

i suspected so, thats a shame
my dd is 5 and couldnt wear a 4-5 either

foxinsocks · 13/09/2007 11:40

sainsburys had some quite nice plain ones (and a dotty one I think)

other good place to look is Milletts. Sometimes they have some good ones.

you'll probably need to go into the store - they have some really nice designs for the kag in the bag type ones

lucy5 · 13/09/2007 11:41

The top one, not the furry one!

nailpolish · 13/09/2007 11:43

handlemecarefully · 13/09/2007 11:48

We have an unbelievably stylish one from H&M - has got beuatiful almost marimekko style cats on it.

H&M always come up trumps in my opinion!
