What’s the width like on fly London shoes?

I normally take a wide fit in proper shoes, but in trainers and fitflops, birkenstocks etc am fine.

Would they be likely to fit?

I find them to be narrow.

BertiesLanding · 07/04/2020 16:07

Yes, quite narrow.

Appuskidu · 07/04/2020 16:08

I’d say narrow.

The leg is quite narrow as well-it’s one of the few brands that don’t look like wellies round my skinny calves!

SummersMahoosiveClipOnFringe · 07/04/2020 16:40

It depends on the sole. If you have the higher wedge ones they run pretty narrow however the lower Mes ones are wide. The Tram ones are wide in sandals.

What ones are you looking at?

Dilbertian · 07/04/2020 16:42

I have wide feet, and the Fly shoes I had a couple of years ago were comfortably wide. But they were flat shoes, not heeled or boot.

Oldraver · 07/04/2020 17:19

I have some wedge ones and they fit nice, noty tight and I would say I'm at the bigger end of width without going into wife fit IYSWIM ?

My feet are 22cm round at the widest bit, 10cm across when marked on paper

HermioneWeasley · 07/04/2020 17:20

Thanks - was just generally looking but flat or slight wedge - I don’t do heels

Have to add as well...I wanted Mes boots for years but couldn't get them on my feet, I have a quite high arch and eventually realised this adds to the 'width'

I tried Suli on and they fit fine

WanderingTrolley1 · 07/04/2020 17:32

I have wide fit they fit well, so definitely wider than average, for me.

SummersMahoosiveClipOnFringe · 07/04/2020 17:40

Oxygen shoes are pretty wide

Cocolapew · 07/04/2020 17:51

I find the wide, I have to wear insoles and they fit in with plenty of room left.

stayingaliveisawayoflife · 07/04/2020 18:03

Sorry to derail but I had to put a pic up of my new docs! They are sparkly goldness and soft as butter!

I have to go down a size, but then my feet are very narrow.

MaisyMary77 · 07/04/2020 18:42

I’ve had a fair few pairs of Fly boots, flat and wedge. Also sandals. I’ve got quite wide feet and have always found them to be very comfortable.

BloggersNetwork · 07/04/2020 19:44

Fly London leather stretches a fair bit with wear I find...

Randomword6 · 07/04/2020 19:47

I find them wide. Great though, last forever.

Pieceofpurplesky · 07/04/2020 19:55

I find them wide. Really comfy though

Chewbecca · 07/04/2020 20:06

Oh, I am surprised by these answers. I have wide feet with a very high instep, but fly sandals fit me really well & I have owned one pair of boots which were really comfy. I often can’t do the zip up other brand boots.

Raffathebear · 08/04/2020 13:24

I have wide feet fly london and doc martens are narrow to me. I wear E width.

Raffathebear · 08/04/2020 13:29

Maybe its a case of width vs fat/depth? My feet are skinny, shallow in depth but wide in foot print rather than volume.
