Every day, before a shower no matter how much of a rush I was in. Promised not to look till dhs birthday.

First two months, nothing. Bum didn’t feel any different at all but no peeking so I carried on.

In the last two weeks bum felt smoother.

Finally looked at the weekend and I’ve got two small dimples on the left bum cheek. Small enough that if I walked past Daniel Craig in a tiny bikini I would not be embarrassed.

Front and back of thighs cellulite free. Inner thigh still a bit textured but I’ll carry on & see if it goes.

I can wear my short shorts outside the garden now if I want to with no fear.

Well I had dimples on my bum, I am nearly 43 though, and the backs of my legs had a textured appearance but no dimples.

All smooth now save for the two small dimples.

Thanks OP.

OP and puds11: So sorry, I'm not tech-savvy to give you a link, but I've just looked and it's on Amazon.
It's Skin Doctors Vein Away Plus.
Thanks for giving me something NORMAL to think about for a few minutes!

TildaKauskumholm · 30/03/2020 19:59

Interesting, was just looking at Vit c powder and wondering about using it in skincare.

KellyMarieTunstall2 · 30/03/2020 20:29

Does it get rid of water retention?

Anon22 · 30/03/2020 20:31

@Fluffycloudland77

Do you have a nutri-bullet or similar? Mine has a milling attachment but I think the normal one would work too. The only time I use it is to turn my epsom salts into a superfine powder for a body scrub.

Fluffycloudland77 · 30/03/2020 20:47

I’ve got a food processor with a blender. I don’t think it would grind it fine enough.

I don’t know about the water retention I only get it before a period.

Thank you @florriepeck I will have look. No problem Grin

Nogoodwithgoodbyes · 30/03/2020 22:12

Wow this is good to know. I’ve done it in the past but never stuck with it. Now seems like a good time to start a good habit like that!

Fluffycloudland77 · 31/03/2020 11:35

I’ve tried it before and it hasn’t worked but I’ve done it 2-3 times a week for a fortnight so it was my own fault.

This time I thought I’ll give it 3 months and no peeking. Arse definitely still dimply till recently. I could feel the dimples.

I timed myself this morning, took 2 minutes to do both legs and a swirl over my stomach.

As I’m pregnant and stuck in I have just ordered a brush too see if this does anything for me.
Just having a look at the cream as well, I Only have a couple of them to get rid of but it doesn’t have good reviews on amazon.

Heygirlheyboy · 31/03/2020 11:40

Circles no, long strokes? I used to and need to start again!

Fluffycloudland77 · 31/03/2020 11:51

I do long strokes, start at toes.

yesyesdear · 31/03/2020 12:05

Oh dear, I think I’ve been using the wrong brush! 😳 mine looks nothing like those shown by Diddl

CadburysTastesVileNow · 31/03/2020 15:19

Long strokes on legs. What about and arse and tum - circular or straight strokes?

Fluffycloudland77 · 31/03/2020 15:27

Straight up on bum, clockwise on stomach.

CadburysTastesVileNow · 31/03/2020 17:18

Right. Brush is ordered. I'm going to make the most of this lockdown and emerge as someone else entirely.

BunnytheBee · 31/03/2020 21:41

I started this again this year too but have gone a bit lax on it. You have inspired me to start again

slinkysaluki · 01/04/2020 00:03

Coffee grounds are supposed to be good for cellulite

Sickoffamilydrama · 01/04/2020 07:27

OP you've reminded me, luckily my family is blessed with very little cellulite and slim legs but I'd noticed mine didn't look as good as they used to.
Pre child number 3 I always body brushed...time to get back to it!

skippy67 · 01/04/2020 08:30

I body brush every year in the lead up to a holiday. It definitely works, but you have to stick with it. I don't do it in the winter, and the cellulite returns until I restart.

Heygirlheyboy · 01/04/2020 09:19

Thanks op!

Nogoodwithgoodbyes · 04/04/2020 12:59

@CadburysTastesVileNow

😜 I hear you! I’d love to emerge as someone else but so far my belly is protruding more than usual and the treats cupboard is expanding too (mmmm...wonder if there’s a link there...).
