Skincare help needed- outside all day everyday?

Looking for some advice as I am totally clueless about skincare! All year round I work outside 5 days a week and I feel like my skin is starting to take a battering, it’s feeling dry and dull in particular. I’m in my late twenties. I sometimes get spots and have some scarring and redness from teenage acne which I would like to reduce slightly if possible.

I don’t wear make up when I am working. When it is sunny/in the warmer months I wear SPF 50 on my face. Each morning and night I wash my face with water and a tiny bit of vitamin E micellar water. If my skin is feeling very dry at night I might put on a little moisturiser, nothing special just a Nivea one.

I feel like now is a good time to try and establish a good skincare routine, but I haven’t got a clue where to start! Thank you in advance.

I would start with getting a decent cleanser to use. I would also use a hylauronic acid. The ordinary do one which is a good place to start and very cheap. I would also moisterizer twice a day and wear an spf every day not just in summer.
You could try a salicylic mask or serum to help exfoliate your skin to make more glowy

@Girlintheframe thank you so much for your suggestions. I will definitely have a look at the ordinary. Are there any specific masks or serums you recommend? Thank you.

I only use a couple but will depend on your skin type. My skin is dry. The serums I use are
AM
NIOD Hyluronic acid - love this.
REN radiance perfection serum (it's ok, don't think I would buy again)
PM
Timeless Vit C

I really like the Ordinary Vit C too but make sure you start with a low % and build up usage gradually as can be very irritating.
I've heard good things about TO Buffet which seems to be a good all rounder. I really like their EUK too but don't think you can use it with vit C.
TO have a good website with lots of info so maybe a good place to start. A lot will depend on your skin type and what your trying to achieve

Oh if your looking for a salylic acid Paulas Choice BHA is one that a lot of people seem to love
