I am thinking of buying a pair ... the looks soooooooooo comfy and practical. But then they say that about Crocs!! Please help me decide!

Thanks

I don't have any, Pippi, but they look tempting.

My feet don't sweat in Crocs, either.

MrsBadger · 03/09/2007 13:04

ok not as comfy as uggs
but more fetching
and comfier than the hobbsy type boots

PippiLangstrump · 03/09/2007 13:04

oh no crcks are fantastic I am a convert there!! Maybe I just buy loads of colorful thick woolen socks and another pair of crocks!!

Nbg · 03/09/2007 13:05

But them buy them buy them buy them!

Uggs that is

They are fab.

expatinscotland · 03/09/2007 14:29

who cares about looking 'fetching'? if it means warm and comfy, go for it! your cheeks will have a rosy glow all the way up from your toasty feet.

aaaaaaargh...............

LoveAngel · 29/10/2007 22:50

I lurve Uggs. They're are blissfully comfy, and that's all I care about 99 per cent of the time. When I want to be stylish, I get my riding boots out or wear shoes. But for everyday comfort, Uggs are fab (the anle highs are particularly fab). I got mine for $90 in Macy's in NYC in August (weirdo that I am) so feeling particualrly smug this year :-)

LoveAngel · 29/10/2007 22:51

bubblerock · 30/10/2007 21:24

My pretend ugg style boots that I stole from my shop have not been off my feet since I took them - they are sooo comfy, I can't wear heels and usually wear trainers so these are great!

FlameInHell · 30/10/2007 21:31

My heart says comfy... my head says slippers.

I just can't!

Joso · 30/10/2007 21:43

Get em. Admittedly they are like very expensive slippers but I think that's a positive personally. Also you don't need to wear socks so are low stress when getting dressed.

Gemy · 31/10/2007 13:53

Usually, when every shop sells cheaper versions and my teenage neices can afford something, it's "out" in my book.

But, I won't pretend I don't get a wistful look on my face when I am next to the Ugg display (and this is usually accompanied by me saying to DH "darling, would you mind if I got some?" to which DH usually replies "darling, are you sure at £170 they are worth it? They're not sexy at all" and then I agree and we wonder off....

They wouldn't go with many of my coats either....but I still may get some
