Rollers - heated, velcro, - does anyone use them?

I've got really thick hair and have been thinking that rollers might save me time when I am finishing off a blowdry. I usually have to get straighteners or spend ages smoothing the last 5cm or so of hair. Could rollers be the suggestion to get a light wave/curl in my long hair without spending forever with the hairdryer?
Does anyone use them?
Which ones?
are the any use?

Yep the large Velcro ones will give body and a wave and not curl, go on you tube and there are tutorials on how to to put them in, very easy and quick ways to get body.

I do this to get ready for work and I find it the fastest way to get smooth, loose, waves styled hair with minimum effort.

I have long, below shoulder length hair and I use the largest size heater rollers. I only need 6 to do my whole head and I can put them in in under a minute after I've brushed my hair.

I leave them in whilst I get dressed and do my make up. Then I take them out, rake through gently with my fingers and use a little light hairspray. I always get good results that last all day but my hair is wavy/curly to start with so holds curl really well.

Popuppippa that sounds fab!
It sounds like exactly what I want. What ones/brand do you have?

I have really thick hair. Velcro never worked for me. Needed to use heater which took about 15 mins to do and then and hour to set. I straightener it now, much quicker

the straighteners take me forever
I'm hoping I can find a quicker alternative

Decent enough video of putting rollers in correctly and how to roll the hair, so your not going to get fishtailing etc
Possibly a bit heavy handed with the brush

@SoTiredNeedHoliday

I use the Babyliss ones but make sure you get the ones with the velvet covering/smooth touch not the plastic ribbed ones. I have a travel set with these ones but swap the rollers out for the velvet ones as the rollers that come with the set are terrible.

I use this one;

www.lookfantastic.com/babyliss-boutique-hair-rollers-black/11105656.html?affil=thggpsad&switchcurrency=GBP&shippingcountry=GB&shoppingpid=flamingo_gwp_131217&thg_ppc_campaign=71700000047040822&adtype=pla&product_id=11105656&gclid=CjwKCAiA1L_xBRA2EiwAgcLKA6hdZFZmQEmDLQRyq2QbLxWwXs8_IZZ7wS76XlE2cxb0y3w2f2skURoCmOYQAvD_BwE&gclsrc=aw.ds

I like it because it just has the large sized rollers and I'd never use the smaller sizes. I use the bulldog clips as I find them quicker than the pins.

If you watch a few YouTube clips you'll be a pro in no time!
