How do you get blemish free body skin?

Strange title, apologies!

I have always suffered with red, spotty and dry legs, keratosis Pilaris on my arms and dark hair that needs removing

How do you keep your skin smooth and without these issues?! Every time I see someone with their arms or legs out, they have lovely clear skin!

Look for a body lotion and/or wash with salicylic acid - BHA. Paula’s Choice do one and I think Cerave which is available in Boots.

Ameliorate cream is fab

I used nip and fab glycolic pads and a decent body lotion and my arms are so much better. Have a look at the Skin Nerd website. She's a well known Irish skincare expert with great advice for this. Worked for me anyway.

I swear by Cerave moisturising lotion, the best moisturiser I've ever used by far. Interested to know how you get on with the things you're trying. I have started exercising more (classic January change huh!) and my skin is not enjoying the sweat/synthetic fabric combo so I'm exploring some solutions of my own, starting with Benzac AC wash. I'm getting spots not KP though.

For the hair I'd recommend laser if you can afford it. It works really well on dark hair if you have light skin. I used to get terrible rash/ingrowns from shaving but found that because it makes the hair itself thinner, when I shave now I don't get any problems.

Try going gluten free to avoid bumpy arms
