Advice needed: New haircare regime...

Hi all

I've got fine, long-ish, naturally straight hair which has feels dry/damaged & tangly from the mid-lengths onwards - the latter due to neglect perhaps and using any old shampoo/conditioner on offer. (Neglect down to working f/t, having an active 1 year old and pregnant currently.)

I don't really use any hair dryers or straighteners and my hair is colour free.

I'd like to have thick, smooth, thick, luscious, healthy looking hair (in my dreams lol!)

I'm thinking of investing in products from the Kerastase range, but they have several ranges and so many items within a range I don't know where to begin!

Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

OGX is really good stuff and it’s usually on offer in Boots, might be worth having a trim and getting all the dry ends off. i always find my hair a lot better after

I would get it trimmed before spending money on products.

An oil after washing can help hair feel softer and tangle less, e.g. one of the L'Oréal ones, or Moroccan Oil. OGX used to have a coconut water spray but it seems to have been discontinued, unfortunately, as that was a great product.

Try a shampoo without sulphites or parabens. Literally changed my hair for the better in terms of feeling thick. For gloominess and shine I have to spend a lot on masks and blow dry but I only do that when im going somewhere nice, ie rarely.
