Hello everyone hope can all help X

I'm nearly 26 and am wanting find new skin care regimen for next year and start using anti aging products. I have only used some Liz Earle products up to now and am wanting find some others but there is to much choice and am overwhelmed ... My skin is also on the dry/dull side.
I'm thinking maybe the ordinary or could go more expensive and splurge on Kiehl's??

Would love your opinions/ recommendations.

Oat based moisturiser is very good.

Not sure why you'd want to fuss about anti-aging at your age.

Stopping smoking will be a good one, for a skins point of view .... And I'm not bashing smokers, as I'm a smoker. Just saying it's not great for skin, and neither is lots of sun. Prob the 2 worst things for skin.

Having said that, I think I look quite good for 50, and I don't hide from the sun and I smoke... Got good genes tho 🤪

Be careful in the sun and use spf

Don’t drink
Don’t smoke
Eat healthily
Wear sunblock every single day.

That’s what I do & I'm still getting asked for Id to buy fil’s whisky at 42.

I'm 25 and was a bit of a skincare junkie for a few years, used to regularly spend £40+ per product. But the best product I have is one of the cheapest - LIHA ose gidi black soap for cleansing. I have switched to mostly natural, plant based products in general and my skin has thanked me for it, I get compliments on my skin all the time.

I get in trouble every time I have a facial but I swear by bar soap and a thin layer of sudacrem before bed every night. If I skip a few days I can tell the difference and I find "proper skincare" stuff just sits on my face and makes me greasy. Sudacrem is my miracle cream Grin

cleanse
Acid exfoliators
Vit C
Start using a retinol
