Tights slipping in shoes

Hi, can anyone point me towards some tried and tested product that will stop my feet slipping about in shoes when I wear tights? This is mainly because I feel I have no grip inside any sort of heeled shoe when wearing tights. I'm thinking I probably need some form of gel ball of foot pad thing? Don't want to waste my money so wanted to get recommendations if anyone has anything they've used when wearing tights that they can suggest?

Are your shoes definitely the right size and fit? They shouldn't slip so much if they are. It sounds as if they might be slightly too big. You could try adding a leather insole or half insole and see if that makes a difference?

Alice Bow insoles. Apparently approved by Kate Middleton and we know she loves her sheer nude tights. I use them as my feet are a half size so shoes are often a bit big and they’re very comfy.

Thanks for the responses, the shoes I've been trying are this sort (I've actually ordered these and waiting for delivery) maybe insoles will help, I was also looking at those shoe adjuster foam things to put in the toe area. I can't go smaller as then they my toes feel too squashed although I had been wondering if I'm wearing the right size Confused. The fact the tights seem to just make my foot have no grip at all is a bit tricky and I don't want to buy more tights with grippy soles especially for one night out Grin.

Apparently hairspray stops your feet slipping inside high heel shoes but I don’t know if it works, if it is intended for barefoot or tights situations. You are meant to spray the inside of the shoe.
