Want to buy a nice ring but on a budget

I want to but myself a nice ring to celebrate the birth of my third and final DC. I have a £100 liberty voucher that I could put £300 towards otherwise I could spend £300.
I wear a silver and rose gold watch on my left wrist and a gold bracelet on my right and I would like it to compliment those.
I am struggling to find something I like and would appreciate some help!

I would go to an antique shop- they have some gorgeous stuff that is often unusual. If you are more of a modern type, Clogau have some fab mixed gold rings that range from simple to a bit more intricate. Some of the Pandora rings are really nice too, although they maybe a bit under budget. I don't like the Pandora style personally in general, but 2 ladies at work have stunning rings that are from there- and I would never have thought to look there.

Do you mean Liberty in London? They have lovely rings on line. I saw a great rose gold one by Pascale Monvoison. Just try and be adventurous.

Etsy.

My friend's the jeweller at www.oaklandjewellery.com and she does some beautiful rings. She does bespoke items too so could probably help design something that would work with your watch and bracelet.

Don’t buy Pandora. They are really shit.

Think they sell Monica vinader in Liberty.

I personally would go to an independent jeweller and have a look at their antique/pre-loved stock - you will be able to get much better value that way. I love vintage jewellery, but I know it’s not for everyone.

I saw some really nice pieces on the gatsby jewellery website, but I can’t remember where the prices start at.

Might even be worth a look on eBay. I missed out on a beautiful vintage silver brooch by Georg Jensen for hardly any money recently, just for want of a couple of pounds more because I was too slow to put in a further bid. Still gutted about that!

Alternatively, look on Etsy. Lots of people make beautiful bespoke rings within your budget.
