Help its frizzy hair weather

I have wavy hair that tends to frizz particularly in the damp weather. I usually dry my hair straight then use straighteners, even though it never looks straight. If it dries naturally its curly.
Id like to leave it curly but need products to make it look curly rather than frizz.
Any recommendations please.

Check out the curly girl method for wavy hair. I do something similar for my hair which has changed from unruly to loose corkscrew curls

Try byselina a new silicone free formulation for curly hair, massively reduces my frizz . You can buy in some curly salons but also just google the name. Has a benefit of being sustainably packaged and refillable if you live near a salon which sells it

Thank you to you both. Ill have a google.
Hopefully I'll have nice curls instead of crazy frizz!

I have natural,curls,and frizz.
The silicone free and curly method made me look dreadful.
It is not for all of is, and not everyone has the time or inclination to style corkscrew curls - mine are unruly and would take washing every day and massive maintenance to get even slightly corkscrew.....

I blow dry straight twice a week and lightly go over with GHDs
I tend to wear hats in very mad weather but generally just wing it - a decent kerastace or lableM leave-in conditioner/protection spray works wonders. Whilst may hair can wave up in moist weather, the kinks are nice enough and it still states generally sleek.

I know, many people love to go for the curl option but not ALL frizzy hair takes to it well. Mine is much, much easier to maintain if I just straighten it.

I completely agree with Musicforsnorks the curly girl method and silicone free made my hair look awful.

Plus curls do not suit me at all, despite being my natural hair state, and I have to regularly attend some very formal events, and on me curls just aren't smart enough.

I love Loreal's Extraordinary Oil, I run some through my hair when its wet after washing, and then smooth a bit more over when dry. My hair is always gleaming, soft and healthy, not an easy feat considering its bleached. I'm pretty sure it has silicone is but my hair loves silicone, and I never get the build up that some people do.
Weirdly I cannot use any skincare with silicones in, but that's another bugbear entirely.

I have similar hair as you've described, my hair dresser keeps trying to persuade me to get my hair permanently straightened which is quite expensive but is supposed to withstand all weather.

Curly girl products. Am currently obsessed with Only Curls products but also love Boucleme and Jessicurl.

Dried correctly and with the right product, my fine wavy hair can be ringlet curly.

Second the L'oreal oil and I've also started using body shops banana conditioner, and I whack a little bit on the end lengths and leave in (just a teeny bit) and it seems to be controlling the frizz.
