Help me! I need a skincare routine from scratch following roaccutane

Hello!

I was hoping you lovely knowledgeable people might be able to help me put together a skin care routine from scratch.

I'm 35, fair skinned, mother of two and until recently always suffered with acne so all my previous skin care focused on that. Since doing a 9 month stint on roaccutane last year I now have perfectly clear skin! But I have no idea how to look after it. The sensitivity during the treatment has now settled so I'm keen to move on from my very basic cleanse and moisturise and start to address the inevitable ageing lines that are creeping across my forehead and around my eyes and the dull tired skin that comes with two preschoolers and lack of sleep.

Please help me craft a routine that I can go forward with. Not hugely concerned with cost but obviously I don't want to spend a fortune on something that isn't worth it. With so many products on the market I just don't really know where to start!

Current routine -
Am
Liz Earle/superdrug hot cloth cleanser
LRP effecular moisturiser
LRP spf 50

Pm
Liz Earle/Superdrug hot cloth cleanser
Centaphil night moisturiser

Smile

That all seems fine to me. The only thing I'd pick at is I feel it's better to go for non-irritant stuff such as La Roche Posay or Avene - no fancy, possibly irritating ingredients that realistically add very little benefit, if any. Certainly products without perfume.

There are others around here with far more in-depth knowledge than me but I would add in a retinol or tretinoin, as an anti-ageing product. Other than that, I think it's a fine regime.

Disclaimer: I'm not into complicated routines.

I would use a milder LRP cleanser in the AM. Rest looks fine if your skin doesn't mind the Liz Earle stuff (perfume).
