Lip balms?

I'm starting to get my usual cracked, peeling, dry lips. Summer is no problem, and I haven't even put the heating on yet, but I'm getting yukky lips, as I do every single autumn, winter and spring. My skin is fairly dry, sensitive and prone to eczema and redness, but I can keep it tamed more or less...my lips though....it gets painful.

I use Burt's bees lip balms, which are nice, but it doesn't seem to be an actual solution. Is there one? Is there a better product that anyone can suggest please?

Blistex intensive relief. In the blue and white packaging.

I use lasinoh nipple cream all year round. I can get away with small amounts of something with spf in when I’m outside in summer but lanolin is the only stuff that doesn’t make me react.

I get this with the days leading up to my period. In the shower I use the flannel to give my lips a good but gentle scrub once or twice a day. Whenever I use hand cream I swipe some on my lips. I use carmax on top of that.

Carmex, Burt's bees and the like are good for daytime protection from the wind and dry air but I find sudocrem is a good overnight healer to stop the cracks and sores.
