Its been suggested to me by the nurse at my gp surgery that I should move away from underwire bras, at least for the time being. I've had a look online and there are now plenty of legitimate sources saying underwire bras arent always the best option for some people, quite a few experts jumping off the underwire train etc etc.

Problem is, I am a 34G and need support. I've been wearing crop tops that are ok for days spent jn the house, walkjng the job etc but I wouldmt feel comfortable being out and about socially in them.

I have seen butterfly bras advertised which are wire less and supposed to offer quite a bit of support. I was just wondering if anyone had any experience of them? Good or bad?

Or, likewise if anyone has any wireless alternatives?

Asos has some microfibre bras with no underwire in fuller bust sizes. They are definitely supportive enough to go out in and only £8ish

Never heard of butterfly bras but nursing bras tend to be wireless, I'm a G and found plenty in my size for reasonable price. A sports bra could be another option

Had to delete that as the link managed to copy. My amazon details.

Try delimira Jacquard Everyday wireless comfort bra in amazon. I've bought 2 now. I'm 34 dd so not sure how they'd work with a g but it's the only wire free bra I've found that actually provides support and gives a nice shape

I’m slightly larger than you and swear by Anita Extreme Control sports bra (model is 5527). I bought them for running in and they work well for that, but on a looser hook setting I also wear them round the house and for casual wear, they’re so comfortable. The shape isn’t at all bad either, I’m currently contemplating whether I might start wearing them for work.

They are a sports bra so can start off quite tight but I find my normal size comfortable, I hook it more tightly for running and more loosely for casual wear.

try Molke. The butterfly ones seem to be just a thin stretchy fabric so I don't think they do anything.
