I have dry, sensitive skin with mild rosacea. I want to buy a new foundation that is best for this type of skin. Can anyone recommend one they use please?

I have a dermatology hospital appt in December and can ask for roaccurame then. Or does the gp give it? I bought the Aleppo soap and it came last night. I have eczema on my hand and saw a dermatologist this week ( who would nt discuss my rosacea as that would be a separate matter) who has told me to wear gloves when I clean, dust, prepare vegetables even, so I will have to be careful when applying creams and probably wear gloves vest then too.

@JiltedJohnsJulie the Aleppo soap seems a bit crude. How does it work?

Roaccutane is dermatologist only, a lot of people don’t want it because of the side effects so it’s worth putting it out there that your willing to take it.

I refused it at 30, was back at 41 wishing I’d just taken it before. I’m an idiot.

I bought the Roche Posay cream recommended upthread and am disappointed it's not sorted my weird facial dry patches overnight! I'll keep on with it, but could really do with the ones either side of my mouth disappearing pronto!

So did roaccutane get rid of the rosacea?

I have been using the laurel soap for a few days now and I'm still red. Too soon of course

Boot Hydraluminous foundation. I have facial psoriasis and rosacea (delightful combo!) and this covers beautifully, doesn’t dry my skin out at all and had a dewy finish that you can set down with powder, without it getting cakey. It’s the first foundation I have repurchased multiple times.

Mustardscreams, I use No7 hydroluminous too and I have eczema. I also use the essential natural foundation from No7, have you used that too. What skin care do you use also?
