Ralph Lauren - outlet shop

How much would you expect to pay for a child’s polo shirt in an outlet shop? DH bought 3 for DS 10-12 for £90 in the actual shop, not realising that the outlet was on the same complex. Do you save a lot or are you really limited by size and colour?

I don't think the outlet is going to have the same choice and styles. They can be hit and miss imo, sometimes you get exactly what you want and other times you don't. Outlets don't guarantee stock. He may have been able to get 3 t shirts for less if he wasn't set on a specific colour etc but equally he might not. It's a shame he didn't check though.

ShockOutlets only have very limited stock so have very little choice. The Swindon and Portsmouth ones are my favourites.

Thanks to you all that helps me feel a lot calmer. I’ve been kicking myself for not going with them (I decided to have a wander about the complex for 30 minutes on my own, won’t do that again in a hurry!) The colours that DS chose are his favourites so I’m telling myself that they wouldn’t be the same in the outlet shop.

If helps too my DC have a lot of Ralph Lauren clothes and they're usually incredibly hard wearing and long lasting. DS has a particular favorite polo which he insists on wearing to ride in Hmm. He has been chucked off so many times and its held up to that without getting the slightest tear, it washes up just like new every time.

I'm in the US though, and RL clothes don't seem quite as expensive here as in the UK.
