Thought I'd be brave and ask you knowledgable bunch for some advice. I need a complete work wardrobe overhall.I'm currently wearing cheap things I bought when I first started working.I'm completely lost as to where to start. Need to be semi-formal but not suits.Really interested in midi dressed, culottes and maybe some real silk blouses.Looking for some new places to shop as I've outgrown Topshop/h and m/Zara and feel like investing a bit more in pieces. Not talking thousands of pounds for a dress but somewhere in the 150-300 pound bracket. Have recently invested in some new bags/shoes so feel like I am okay in that department. I'm 29 5 foot 8 size 8 with big boobs, a rather wide waist and a decent pair of legs. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Following as I think there’s a huge gap in the market here.

Having said that, I’m 35 and I have absolutely not outgrown Topshop! I spent quite a bit of money there the other day (had been saving up for new work clothes) and I’m so chuffed with the quality and the price. Zara and H&M I find the quality/sizing a bit poor so I don’t bother much with them these days.

Have you looked at Reiss or Whistles?

JCrew and Hugo Boss are my go to workwear shops within your budget. JCrew also do a tall range which might be helpful given your height.

If I had the budget and the body, my work wardrobe would start with Hobbs.
