Threading for fuzzy face?

Is this still a thing?

I'm fair haired and fuzz is minimal but I'm having makeup done by MUA for an event in a few weeks and wondered about addressing it now. Any thoughts? Thanks.

I've been shaving my face for years. You need those little tiny razors and a stable hand! I love it, makeup goes on so smoothly and my skin is much clearer.

i have my whole face threaded every 4 weeks because i think it makes my make up sit better on my face. it bloody hurts though! 😂

legolimb · 09/08/2019 18:59

I bet it's painful.

I use nail scissors if I think my fave is going a 'soft focus'

spinyffud · 09/08/2019 19:22

Dermaplanning is probably most painless and effective way?

Hopefullysmart · 10/08/2019 11:06

Thanks all. Been looking up dermaplaning spiny. Do you have it done regularly?

Are you talking about whiskers due to a medical condition or the downy hair that skin has as part of its natural state and function?

You need tinkle razors if it's peachy fuzzy face down. Mumsnet introduced them to me and now they're indispensable!

Oh those look interesting - does your hair grow back thicker and darker after using?
