Olay Beauty Fluid- Is it really THAT good?

I have been on the hunt for a moisturiser/skin care product that is "the one"

One that keeps cropping up is the Olay/Oil of Olay/Oil of Ulay Beauty Fluid, the one that everyone's mum and grandma used to have in the little white bottle

Question- it is really that good? Will it actually change my life like people that have been using in for 40+ years claim? Or is there an alternative that is better?

I used to swan about with my Nana's glass bottle, exclaiming "Oil of Ulay, donkey cream of the west!" No idea why...

And what exactly were you smoking at the time??????
