Fascia Blasters

I am probably late to the party but I have been researching cellulite massagers recently and fascia blasters popped up.

Apparently they smooth out knotted up fascia (a web like substance over fat/muscles etc) which consequently reduces the appearance of cellulite.

I have had genetic cellulite since I was about 12 or 13 and despite a healthy diet and regular sport and exercise it has been steadily getting worse with age. When I say bad cellulite, I really mean it! It's disgusting! (People wil say they have bad cellulite and then I look at the photo and I would dream of having legs with that much cellulite!) I have never seen any pics even online of anyone with as much as Ihave. I have it front back and sides from the knee up and my legs above the knee haven't seen daylight for about 10 years. Sad

I know I shouldn't care and should just get into shorts or swim wear but I have been badly bullied and had nasty comments since a teenager by strangers, family and friends and it makes me feel fat and lazy when actually I'm very active and quite fit.

I am hoping this may be my holy grail, so has anyone bought one and seen a remarkable difference? The before and after pics and reviews online seem to be too good to be true so I want some honest and frank opinions from MNetters who would have no ulterior motive to fib. Blush

Thank you Smile

I'm assuming no one has any idea what I'm on about or no experience so thanks anyway, I'll go back to internet research.

I’m most interested but have not heard of it. I’d be delighted to hear more about it.

Me too, the "science" behind it seems to make sense but I'm wary of buying a product when it could be that any deep tissue massage helps 🤔

It’s a tough one. I can’t even commit to body brushing, it gives me the heebie jeebies!
