Fly away, flyaways! (Hair help)

Since being a kid, I've always had loads of frizzy flyaway bits of hair all over my head. Whether I put it up, leave it down, straighten it, curl it, you name it. After about ten minutes, I have noticeable flyaways and after a full day I have a crown of frizz! Looking around, no one else seems to have a this problem. Am I doing something wrong or is it just my hair type?

I'm a gingery brunette, curlyish, longish hair, if that makes any difference.

TIA, lovely people.

Sorry, no help here, just wanted to say that I could've written that.

My hair is always very frizzy and only stays down if I drown it in hairspray.

I'm currently following the curly girl method and lube is the potion of choice for frizz and flyaways. Might be worth a shot Smile

How's it working for you @lolbrador?

@sisterfaraway I feel your pain. It's very frustrating at times.

It's working great so far. It felt a bit complicated so I've went back to basics and only using conditioner, gel and lube. Still transitioning but getting there Smile

Prior to this I was very fluffy. And the only way I stayed non fluffy was pureology shampoo and conditioner with the serum mixed into the conditioner. Slightly pricey but does last a long time

Sounds promising. I will try pureology. How do you apply the lube then?
