Anyone done a Plenish juice cleanse

I saw an advert and thought they sounded interesting due to the alleged sheer volume of veg.
Post holiday feeling sluggish so interested. I eat well anyway but a kick start would be a great help back into training.
But
£59 for a DAY?? For 6 juices. Really??
Am I missing something or is this the norm. I was expecting say £20 for 6, and even the. Thought that was a stretch for whatvit was.
Any others any good?
This appeals because is clean?
Not done one before

Juice cleanses are an absolute crock. You'll piss out most of nutrients, of course you'll lose weight, because you're not eating anything but it will all go back on within days. Your digestive system does not "need a break", it's designed to function on a daily basis. You do not need to "detox" from anything, if you had overdosed on any thing e.g. metals, salt or anything else they claim you need a break from, you'd know about it, and most likely need medical attention.

Post holiday, you probably just need to cut back on the alcohol and treat food and switch to some healthy balanced meals and in a week or som you'll have lost the holiday pounds and will so much better. But of course that's not the quick or easy andexpensive .If you are insistent, spend £10 on a mountain of fruit and veg from Tescos and do your own.

If you have functioning liver and kidneys you don't need a "cleanse" these do all the cleansing for you. All a juice cleanse does is cleanse you of money.
