Girls sandals

I need to get my 2 dds sandals. Ages 10 & 12. When they were younger I used to get them Birkenstock Rios which come in a narrow fitting. They're now in adult shoe sizes and I can't justify £60 for sandals that they'll wear one summer then grow out of. But they're too old for Clarks. They both have very narrow feet so I can't just get fake Birkenstocks from Office because they fall off. Where do people get their pre-teen girls sandals that look good, but still support their feet?

Mine has decent fitted trainers and then more summery cheap canvas shoes and mules.
She’ll wear the decent trainers if we’re going for a proper walk etc.

But how about crocs flip flops?

Your eldest might just fit in Startrite still. www.startriteshoes.com/sr-soft-harper-brown-girls-buckle-sandals These come in an E fitting.

Boden do really nice plain styles (lots sold out in bigger sizes at the minute, not worth checking).

I've just ordered some Clarke's sandals in the sale for my daughter and praying that she approves. She likes an adjustable velcro style, so I am trying these. Good luck! www.clarks.co.uk/c/Un-Adorn-Calm/p/26141715

Gosh, we live in a pretty Boden heavy area, but there is no way 12 year olds around us would wear the startrite or Clarks ones linked to above.
What do your daughters want?

I have to agree with @BiscuitDrama . My 12 year old (or the 10 year old for that matter) wouldn't wear them. Both my girls want Birkenstocks again but I don't want to spend that money for sandals that get worn for a few weeks and they've grown put of by next year.

I actually wear Crocs flip flops and the 12 year old is the same size as me. I have a pair that I never wear and she is claiming those, but they're flip flops and she really needs shoes with more support for days that involve activities or a lot of walking. I'll look for canvas shoes as an alternative... although have also struggled to find those in the past because they both have such narrow feet
