How to dress post delivery

I was a size 10/12 pre pregnancy

I don't know what size I am but I know my body shape has changed hugely and I've put on a ton of weight.

I'm due in 5 weeks and will be breast feeding - no idea how to dress my bigger body. I look back at photos of my last post natal time 7 years ago and I look like a sack of shit. Need tips on what to wear or how to dress. I'm 5ft 8. 32 years old.

Helppppppppp

Head Over to can I breastfeed in it on Facebook - regardless of whether or not you’re breastfeeding they have got lots of helpful posts about dressing after a baby

Nothing tight around stomach.
I liked wearing spaghetti strap tops in a size too big so when I wear my breastfeeding bra I can pull my top down, tuck muslin in straps and that with a nice baggy cardigan looked quite smart.
I liked wearing my maternity leggings still until I felt a bit more normal.

I've been different sizes after each birth, between a size 8 to a size 20!
I've always felt most comfortable in either a tea dress or wrap dress with leggings/tights or bare legs, or jeans and a floaty top or kimono. I wear a vest top or crop top under things that I cant easily feed in so I cab do one up one down.

These can be dressed up with a nice necklace or earrings and are comfortable and easy to wear with minimum effort. Dorothy perkins and new look both have some nice dresses on sale now.

I like to wear things like a denim shirt and leggings, an open check shirt with a nursing vest and jeans/leggings, and H&M Mama nursing T-shirt tops with jeans - I would get them in your usual size. And maybe buy yourself some shoes like Toms that you can slip on and off at playgroups and softplays.
