Does such person exist who can talk to you about your skincare regime & what products are best for you?
I feel I go round & round in circles, trying all these products which then don’t suit my skin!
Really need some guidance.

Definitely following. I don't see any point in speaking to sales people in Boots etc as they're all trying to flog their specific brand. I've tried loads over the years and still have awful acne and fecking grey hairs at 32 🙄.

Yes, me 😁 I'm pretty hot on skincare. Honest! Apart from rosecea. Ask away!

Nadine baggot is fabulous too. Knows her stuff.

Try here first before spending money.

Skincare sometimes though can be a bit hit n miss, so bear that in mind.

So had bad skin when I was in my early twenties, was under a dermatologist who recommend oil free moisturisers which I use of a morning. I use Cetaphil. My skin is pretty good these days apart from the odd spot usually hormonal. However, I’ve tried a few different oils, creams recently & they’ve given me small under the skin spots or just broken me out to full blown red juicy spots. My skin is a little oily mainly on my t-zone. So I’m guessing you would say I have combination skin??
I want to start a proper nighttime regime that’s gentle on the skin but don’t even know where to start!

This is what I'd do:

Am - quick cleanse, pick whatever you fancy - cerave is well recommended. Follow with vitamin c and SPF.

Pm - double cleanse followed by retinol. Start with a mild one and only 3 nights a week. Build up from there. Serum on the other nights.

Acid tone a few days a week - alpha h or Paula's choice bha.

Dermarolling once a week.

Led light mask (blue and red) helps keep spots at bay.
